Method of Preparation:

Using a pot filled with water, bring it to a boil and place a glass bowl on top of the pot. Toss in the chocolate, cream, Nutella, and butter. Mix until the chocolate is completely melted.

Pour the vanilla and Frangelico and whisk until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a wide deep dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Chill for 2 hours and take it out of the fridge.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set it aside.

Using a spoon or melon baller, scoop ganache out using the melon baller or spoon and roll them into a ball. Line them onto the prepared baking tray. Repeat until you’ve used up all the ganache.

Roll the balls into the hazelnuts. Line them up on the tray once again and chill for another 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
